It is for this reason that James has invited Simone Ripamonti on the show.

He has a wealth of experience having started his career with Spanish-giants Real Madrid, worked in Italy with U.C. Sampdoria and Cagliari Calcio, and most recently worked in Australia as the Head of Sports Science at Melbourne City Football Club.
