Through our website and the Longevity Performance application forms, we collect:
  • Personal Identification: Name, Surname, Email, and WhatsApp number.
  • Professional Data: Current profession and personal performance goals.
  • Biometric & Health Data: Heart Rate Variability (HRV), metabolic data, and other scientific parameters required for the Longevity Passport and the “Sixth Gear” protocol.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses and browsing data collected through cookies (see Cookie Policy).

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed for the following purposes:
  • Application Review: To evaluate candidates for the 3 to 7-day or 21-day intensive programs.
  • Performance Coaching: To deliver personalized human performance and longevity programs.
  • Longevity Passport: To create and maintain your “Privacy Identity” and “Scientific Certification” of your biological progress.
  • Consultation: To schedule the 30-minute executive video calls required for program selection.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data based on:
  • Your Consent: Specifically for health and biometric data provided through the mandatory consent checkbox in our forms.
  • Contractual Necessity: To provide the coaching and monitoring services you apply for.

5. Data Sharing & International Transfers

To ensure excellence, your data may be shared with our International Expert Network located in Italy, Japan, Brazil, India, and Australia. All international transfers are carried out in compliance with applicable GDPR requirements and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data Retention

Personal and biometric data are retained for the duration of the performance program and for up to 10 years for long-term monitoring and updates to your Longevity Passport, unless you request deletion.
